What a Difference 2 weeks Makes!

Wow Baby! You have just really took off since I wrote you last. You are now officially cruising and getting into everything! I have to keep an extra watchful eye out on you now. Daddy and I really need to baby proof the house and soon. You are no longer interested in being in your exersaucer now that you are "mobile"...sigh! So much for easily entertaining you while I get some chores done! I have no clue how I will manage housework with you crawling all over the place now. I guess we will figure that out soon enough!

You also started reaching for me and it just touches my heart! The other day when I went in to get you in the morning, you reached through the crib slats for me stretching your little hand out to touch me! You continue to babble and make raspberry sounds, but no words as of yet.

Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Catalfu also came for a visit the other week. We took them to POPs in Arcadia OK which is a 50s style diner that sells over 500 different types of Sodas. You were up past your bedtime, so you were pretty cranky. You have been extra cranky this week because you are still trying to get some teeth in. Seven months old and still no teeth! Hopefully they will poke through soon and give you and me some relief. You have been sleeping terribly again because of it!


You also got your first haircut this past Sunday. It looks SOOO cute. I got you a faux hawk because I just love that look. I figure you better enjoy your hair while you have it cause if you are like Daddy you will be losing it by the time you are 22! Let's hope not, but it is in the cards!

You cried and cried about getting your hair done, but I think it was mostly because you were overtired since it was past your naptime, and your teeth were bugging you. Then I had to be all mean and throw in a haircut to top it all off! I felt SO sad for you. Hopefully I haven't traumatized you too much for the next time!
