Anniversary

Hi Quinn,

Mama here. Tomorrow Daddy and I will be leaving you overnight for the first time without one of us being there.  Dane is going to come and stay with you so hopefully you will be OK with that. He is like a big brother to you and you love him, so I don't think it will be a problem. Debbie (Dane's Mom) will also be just two houses down if anything happens or is needed.

Daddy and Mommy are going to go to a cute bed and breakfast in this historical Victorian home for the night to celebrate 14 years together! (8 married)  I planned it all out as a surprise for Daddy since this year is the 10th anniversary of me asking your daddy to marry me, and I also did that at a bed and breakfast, so it should be fitting. I am a little nervous about leaving you overnight with Dane, but I think you will do fine.

When we get back the next morning, we hope to take you to the neighborhood's annual Oktoberfest. You always enjoy yourself there. Hopefully they will have your favorite again this year; the pony rides!  This month is my favorite month of the year. Fall is here, Halloween is at the end of the month, and it is mommy and daddy's anniversary month. Lots of fun things this month. I also hope to take you back to a pumpkin farm this month too.

You have been a pretty sweet kid lately, as usual. You are growing up way to fast! Sometimes I wish I could freeze you just the way you are, but I also love watching you grow. You are my heart.
