My Oh My did we have a time in Florida Quinn. And not a good one! Lets just say traveling with you at 10 months was less than fun. You did OK on the flights to Florida but screamed the entire car trip from Jacksonville to Lake City.
We went to Florida to visit your Grandma and Grandpa Catalfu and also saw Aunts Stephanie, Sarah, and Caroline and uncles Geoff and Cedric and cousins Melody and Kaleb. You really were out of sorts and did not sleep well and thus mommy and daddy also go no sleep. I am hoping the next time we travel, things will be better but I am SCARED!!!
You were teething again for your top two teeth and still are, and you also had bad reflux because I had to feed you jarred food instead of my homemade stuff. I ended up having to call the Doctor and she let us give you some Mylanta which helped some. The flight back was no walk in the park either. You cried so loudly the pilots could hear you during the first flight but thankfully you slept through the second. I am not looking forward to going again for a very long time. I felt bad for you and I also was at my wits end by the time we got home. You still are teething so it has been rough and you have been waking every 3 hours.
We also went down to start up a business with Aunt Steph and Uncle Cedric. We hope it will work out and we will be making enough money soon to stash away a college fund for you. We are staring an in home care business. SENC Direct Care LLC. Cross your fingers that it works baby. Especially since mama is losing her job in 2 weeks. Eeek. I hope I can find something soon. The only solace is that will get to spend some more time with you during this fleeting time that you are little.
You have really started to "talk" over the last few weeks and are now pointing and pulling up on everything...including my legs! I don't think you will walk before your first birthday as you are content to crawl (at super speeds) anywhere you need to go.
This last week has been rough baby, but I still love you!
XOXO
Mama
Oh I'm so sorry the flight was such a nightmare! You poor thing!!! Just remember it gets easier! And he won't be teething forever- HOORAY!
